Service Description
Startup Business Services Launching a business involves more than a great idea. Proper formation, compliance, and financial infrastructure are critical from day one to ensure your business is legally established, financially organized, and positioned for sustainable growth. Our Startup Business Services are designed to provide entrepreneurs, small business owners, and startups with a comprehensive, done-for-you solution that eliminates confusion, minimizes risk, and establishes a strong operational foundation. This service is ideal for first-time business owners, individuals transitioning from sole proprietorships to formal entities, and growing businesses that want to start correctly rather than fix costly mistakes later. We handle the technical, administrative, and accounting setup so you can focus on building and operating your business with confidence. --- Business Formation & Entity Setup One of the most critical decisions when starting a business is selecting and properly establishing the legal structure. We guide you through the formation process and ensure all required registrations are completed accurately and efficiently. Entity Selection Guidance We begin with a consultation to understand your business model, income expectations, and long-term goals. Based on this information, we provide guidance on the most appropriate structure, such as: * Sole Proprietorship * Limited Liability Company (LLC) * Partnership While we do not provide legal advice, we explain the operational and financial implications of each structure so you can make an informed decision. State Registration Once the structure is selected, we complete and file all required formation documents with the appropriate state agency. This includes: * Preparing and submitting Articles of Organization or equivalent filings * Ensuring business name compliance and availability * Registering assumed names or DBAs if applicable * Obtaining confirmation and official documentation All filings are completed accurately to avoid delays, rejections, or future compliance issues. --- Employer Identification Number (EIN) Setup An Employer Identification Number (EIN) is essential for opening business bank accounts, hiring employees, filing taxes, and establishing business credit. We handle the EIN application process on your behalf, ensuring: * Correct classification of the business entity * Accurate completion of IRS forms * Secure delivery of confirmation documentation
